The power of Qigong

Qigong improves balance and posture, body control, strength, stability, and flexibility. It has been shown to relieve stress, build a stronger immune system and lower blood pressure. It can improve mindfulness, focus and balance emotions, increase energy levels and concentration.

 

Qigong is easy to learn and is suitable for any age or ability. It can give you deeper self-awareness and greater spiritual awareness and is good for your general wellbeing and fitness.

It’s an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement. Qigong is believed to promote health by allowing your energy, or qi, to flow through the body.

 

One-to-one Qigong

A one-to-one session is invaluable because it is tailored to your particular needs.

Regardless of whether you are new to qigong or have been practicing for a while, you will benefit from a private lesson.

I will create an individual practice just for you which will address, and help with, any issues you may have in your life, such as stress, worry, tension and anxiety.

If you are a complete beginner and feel a little daunted, a one-to-one lesson can give you the confidence to join a class.

I am happy to come to your home (within a 5-mile radius of Christchurch) or you are very welcome to come to my home for your one-to-one session.

Investment: £30 per hour.
